What is RAKICC E-Payment Gateway?
RAKICC has introduced this mode of payment in addition to various other payment methods to ensure efficient and effective payment processing by offering a host of options for clients to transact through an online secure environment to pay for the services.

How do I pay online?
You will receive an invoice or a sales order on your designated email ID.
Click on the link provided in the invoice for payment online.
Just follow the simple instructions to process the payment.
Once payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email for the same.

I made payment and received a confirmation Email. What should I do?
Congratulations on your successful transactions with RAK International Corporate Centre. You need not respond unless called by the Customer Service team. Please save this email for future reference.

I’ve changed my mind; can I cancel my service?
Please read the Refund/Cancellation policy.

I am still not comfortable with RAKICC verifying the credit card.
It is part of the business process. However if you have concerns regarding this you can also opt to use other payment options such as Bank Transfer, Direct deposit, payment by Cheque or Cash.

I filed my complaint and contacted your Customer Services and nothing has happened yet?
Every complaint filed or issue sent to Customer Services is logged and remains open until full satisfactorily resolution. We work very closely with relevant stakeholders, both internal & external, to resolve matters speedily, however at times due to complexity of an issue it might require longer to resolve. But rest assured that your case or complaint is not ignored and is being worked on.

I need to make some changes, can I edit the details of service request?
you can contact our Customer Service Team through the ContactUs page and mention the Invoice No. / Sales order No. with the detail of required changes. However the acceptance will be subject to RAKICC discretion.

Easy Payment Plan

What is Easy Payment Plan?
RAKICC has tied up with leading UAE banks to offer Easy Payment Plan. This will allows our customers to convert their payments into small monthly instalments, making larger invoices affordable.

What are the advantages over other instalment schemes?
In other easy payment plans, after making the purchases, customers need to call the bank and request to convert the amount into Easy Payment Plan. In our payment scheme, once the customers select the “pay in instalment” option on our portal and then selects the plan, our partner company “PAYFORT” will do the needful service.

What are the steps to convert to Easy Payment Plan?
You will receive an invoice or a sales order on your designated email ID.
Click on the link provided in the invoice for payment online.
Click on "Pay In Instalment" option and follow the simple instructions to process the payment.
Select the country of the bank (Saudi Arabia or UAE), bank and number of instalments.
Once payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation email for the same.

What are the TERMS & CONDITIONS?
Interest/Profit charges applies on the instalment scheme by the bank.
Minimum Payment of AED: 1,000/- applies.
Maximum Limit is based on the credit limit of the card holder.
Scheme is available only for the participating banks.
